What this place offers
Reserve this house for $175 a night during the weekdays (Monday-Thursday) and $200-$300 a night during the weekends (Friday-Sunday) for 4 guest. Additional guest are $50 per night in this 2 bedroom fully furnished home with private bath, washer/dryer access, local artwork, large area parking, and family friendly. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee required.
HOUSE RULES
- No pets or animals are allowed to be kept in or about the Property. If the guest is found to have pets on the property, the Lessor may either require the guest to remove the pets from the property or immediately terminate the Lease, without reimbursement to the Guest.
- The guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and occupy the unit the entire stay. Adults cannot book on behalf of someone under 21 – they must be preset throughout the stay. All guest must be included in the guest count on the reservation.
- A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking which you will be able to sign the form once you reserve to book. You can review the rental agreement here before confirming your booking: RK Place Contract
- Self Check in: Check-In-Time is after 3:00 PM and Check-Out-Time is before 12:00 PM.
